Don't know what to do with your Top Ramen that is in your food storage. Well here is a pretty good recipe for Top Ramen.
Asian Beef and Noodles
1 1/4 lbs ground beef
2 packages Oriental flavored instant ramen noodles (sometimes I use 3 depending on how noodley you want it.)
2 Cups frozen vegetable mixture (I use California Blend and I usually partially defrost first)
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
2 TBSP thinly sliced green onion.
1. In large nonstick skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat 10-12 min or until beef is no longer pink, break up into 3/4 " pieces. Remove with slotted spoon, pour off drippings. Season beef with one seasoning packet from noodles; set aside
2. In same skillet, combine 2 cups water, vegetables, noodles (broken up), ginger, and remaining seasoning packet. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Cover, simmer 3 minutes or until noodles are tender, stir green onions.
SERVES 4
